About Author - Tabitha King

I was born and raised in a small town in Maine, surrounded by my supporting family. I shifted to Florida to attend College at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale to become a photographer. I decided by the age of 25 to work with children. Green Apple Kids is my daycare. I worked hard and dedicated myself to my work. I graduated from NSU in Orlando with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2007.

In 2019, I expanded my daycare to include a preschool and before and after care center in a detached building on my property. I first enrolled 12 to 15 children with one teacher, and then we had 34 children’s admissions, further employing two more teachers. “I love what I do, and I love being a part of children’s lives from birth through 12 years old and beyond.”
